Adscripción del menor infractor: más allá de los muros 上市 Deposited
The present investigation has as fundamental purpose to explain the paper that the spaces play in the construction and reconstruction of the identities, being the specific case that of the violating minors. In the following lines is described the daily life of the violating minor taking as referring the space in the one which this is found internal: Treatment Center for Male. We departed of the idea of the fact that said space has permitted the gestation of a new identity: "the identity corregenda". Since the processes identitarios are not given in the social vacuum, the spaces in their/its/your/his symbolic meaning and depending on the appropriation that the subject makes of they, constitute the stage in the one which is given the social interaction, determining also the forms of socialidad, permitting thus the identities construction. The space is then an important element that grants identity to a group. Other aspect constituted by the styles in the one which are included the gown and the vocabulary. These elements permit to recognize me as what yes I am and differentiate me of it that I do not am. Other relevant criterion that appears to what is long of the work is the violence concept, while constitutes the context in which the violating minor has been socialized and that of some way determines their/its/your/his form of be related to the world. But furthermore that social violence is the same on the one which have been built the institutions that intend their/its/your/his readaptation. It was employed the qualitative methodology, same that permitted of exhaustive way the approximation the cotidianidad of the youths in their/its/your/his own stage. As already it was mentioned the population was violating minors, the sample 5 internal youths from among 16 and 20 age years.
La presente investigación tiene como propósito fundamental esclarecer el papel que los espacios juegan en la construcción y reconstrucción de las identidades, siendo el caso específico el de los menores infractores. En las siguientes líneas se describe la vida cotidiana del menor infractor tomando como referente el espacio en el que este se encuentra interno: Centro de Tratamiento para Varones. Partimos de la idea de que dicho espacio ha permitido la gestación de una nueva identidad: ³la identidad corregenda´. Dado que los procesos identitarios no se dan en el vacío social, los espacios en su acepción simbólica y dependiendo de la apropiación que el sujeto hace de ellos, constituyen el escenario en el que se da la interacción social, determinando también las formas de socialidad, permitiendo así la construcción de identidades. El espacio es entonces un elemento importante que otorga identidad a un grupo. Otro aspecto esta constituido por los estilos en el que se incluyen la vestimenta y el vocabulario. Estos elementos permiten reconocerme como lo que sí soy y diferenciarme de lo que no soy. Otro criterio relevante que aparece a lo largo del trabajo es el concepto de violencia, en tanto que constituye el contexto en que el menor infractor se ha socializado y que de alguna manera determina su forma de relacionarse con el mundo. Pero además esa violencia social es la misma sobre la que se han edificado las instituciones que pretenden su readaptación. Se empleó la metodología cualitativa, misma que permitió de manera exhaustiva el acercamiento a la cotidianidad de los jóvenes en su propio escenario. Como ya se mencionó la población fue menores infractores, la muestra 5 jóvenes internos de entre 16 y 20 años de edad.
