Sistema educativo y justicia como imparcialidad: una evaluación preliminar para México (2006) Público Deposited
El siguiente trabajo plantea en términos de “La Justicia como Imparcialidad” de John Rawls, una evaluación preliminar para el sistema educativo mexicano para el año 2006. Dando respuesta a las preguntas: » ¿Satisface el sistema educativo mexicano el criterio de justicia como imparcialidad? » ¿Son suficientes los flujos de fondeo gubernamentales al sistema educativo mexicano? La evaluación se realizó gracias al uso de la teoría de “Sistemas Sociales” de Niklas Luhmann, la cual nos permitió aplicar al sistema educativo los planteamientos en torno a la teoría de”Justicia como Imparcialidad”. The present work is framed in terms of "Justice as Fairness" of John Rawls. It pretends to be a preliminary assessment for the Mexican education system as a whole in the year 2006. In this assessment there is a search for response to the questions: » Does the Mexican educational system meet the criterion of justice as fairness? » Are the public funding flows to the Mexican educational system adequate to meet educational equity? The assessment of the educational system was done by applying a combined approach of “The Theory of Justice as Fairness” of John Rawls and "The Theory of Social Systems" of Niklas Luhman. Key words: Justice as Fairness‟s Theory, Social System‟s Theory, autophoiesis, self-reference, complexity.
