El proceso de globalización: la exclusión laboral en psicólogos sociales de la UAM-I Público Deposited
The present work approaches the problem of the globalization and the occupational exclusión of the social psychologist. The employed theories are: the process of the civilizatión of the Norbert Elias and the Social construction of the Reality of the Berger and luckmann. Along the work we developed the topics like: a) The variants of the globalizatión b) The historical process that México followed in order to get into global market. c)The social construction of the individual in which are we approach the subjective point of views of the students about their profesion is in this subjective point of views where we can find the social structures and the stereotypes, that the Social Psichologist students have been imagined about your profesion. The methodology used is qualitative and quantitative. The techniques used are interviews and questionnaire with close questions (like likert). The hypotesis out lined consist in which the social psychology student does not know your career and at the same time confuses it with the Psychology clinic, also are tried aspects on the effects that cause the new trends as for example the globalization. The conclusion that we arrived in the present investigation are: exist an incompatibility between the student and the career that they are studying because the social Psychologists is not complying with the expectations of the students and finally was found that it exists an ignorance of the Social Psychology by part of the students.
El presente trabajo aborda el problema de la globalización y la exclusión laboral de los Psicólogos Sociales. Las teorías empleadas son: El Proceso de la Civilización de Norbert Elías y La Construcción Social de la Realidad de Peter Berger y Thomas Luckmann. A lo largo del trabajo se desarrollaron temas como: a) Las Variantes de la Globalización, b)El proceso Histórico que México está siguiendo para incorporarse al mercado global, c) La construcción Social del Individuo en la cual investigamos los puntos de vista del estudiante acerca de su profesión que es en estos donde podemos encontrar las estructuras sociales y las tipificaciones que los estudiantes de Psicología Social han imaginado acerca de su profesión. La metodología utilizada fue cualitativa y cuantitativa. Las técnicas empleadas fueron las entrevistas a profundidad y los cuestionarios con reactivos cerrados y tipo likert. La hipótesis planteada consiste en que el estudiante de Psicología Social desconoce su carrera y a su vez la confunde con la Psicología Clínica, también se tratan aspectos sobre los efectos que causan las nuevas tendencias como por ejemplo la globalización. La conclusión a la que llegamos en la presente investigación fue: que en los estudiantes de Psicología Social existe una incompatibilidad con la carrera que están estudiando porque la Psicología Social no esta cumpliendo con sus expectativas, y finalmente se encontró que existe un desconocimiento de la Psicología Social por parte de los estudiantes.
