In this paper they are described and quantify the exhibited behavior pautes for Leptonycteris curasoae (Chiroptera: Phyllostomidae) in a maternity roost in Chiapas, Mèxico during ten continuous weeks. We identify thirty pautes in 22,355 registrations. 6,933 for the adult female and 15,422 for the youngs. These pautes were classify in "individuals" and "interactions." L. curasoae went constant to the hourly and the roosting site. The newborns remained isolated during the first week, later they formed groups that the females visited constantly. Is probable that the youngs has the capacity to recognize females of different social groups. The youngs change their hanger place according to the age. The newborn remains in the lower places, while the volantones search the higher places for flight practices. The females spend great part of the time in grooming their own babies, while these establish filiative relationships with other youngs. The aggressions were not very frequent and they responded to the increase in the temperature. We recognized "inexpert" females because they have problems of nursed, transporting and roostings to their breedings. Leptonycteris curasoae shows social behaviors that favor the survival of the breedings and that they can be used later in the handling plans and conservation of this species.
